At the same time, it is used in pressing animal oil and various residual oil, such as the use of hot pot sheep oil, edible oil manufacturing pressing and refining process of oil residue, which has a very wide range.
2.Mango Seed Oil
Mango seed oil, as an unpopular oil, in fact has a huge market, which is mostly used in cosmetics and manufacturing chocolate materials.
In the mango processing industry, the waste composed of mango peel and mango core will accounts for 35% to 60% of the total fruit weight. But in fact, mango seeds in mango cores are rich in carbohydrates, lipids and antioxidants, which can be used as raw food materials and natural antioxidants.
After processing, mango will produce 35%~60% of the total fruit weight, among which mango core accounts for 15%~20% of the total waste weight, and mango seeds account for 45.7%~72.8% of the total nuclear weight. Mango seeds contain 72.86% to 75.92% carbohydrates, 9.84% to 13.08% lipids, and 6.74% to 9.20% protein. In addition, mango seeds also contain a variety of antioxidant substances, [10], such as tocopherol, squalene, mangiosin, etc. Based on the composition characteristics of mango seeds, it has a good prospect of development and utilization as food raw materials and natural antioxidants.
In 1982, MOHARRAM proposed that mango seed fat could be used as a new edible oil resource, [22]. Mango seed fat [1,23] is light yellow. Taking "Chausa" as an example, the highest seed fat yield is 14.5%, refractive index is 1.452,0.22% free fatty acid, 0.18%, 55.2 iodine, 195, saponification 1.77%, 0.22 and melting point 35.2℃. Its quality is similar to refined palm oil, reflecting the good commercial utilization of mango seed fat. It is worth noting that the difference between mango varieties and extraction methods significantly affects [24-25] on the fat yield, free fatty acid content, moisture content and peroxide value of mango seeds, and food-grade oil products can be produced through subsequent treatment such as refining.
