Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is one of the bulk oil sources in northern my country. Rich in linoleic acid (accounting for 54%~70% of the total fatty acid content) and oleic acid (accounting for about 39%), the nutritional value is high, but the crude oil contains a small amount of wax (about 0.10%) and oxyacids, which affect quality and storage stability. There are two grades of commercially available sunflower oil, crude refined and refined edible oil.
1. Crude sunflower oil refining process

Key points of operation: The operation requirements for filtering and removing impurities are the same as those of the aforementioned process. The operating temperature of alkalization is about 9°C, the concentration of lye is 15°Bé, the amount added accounts for about 1.36% of the oil, and the amount of Al2(SO4)3 (aqueous solution concentration is 14%~24%) accounts for 0.25% of the oil %~0.5%, the alkalization reaction time is about 70min, the dewaxing separation temperature is 16~18℃, and other operations refer to the above-mentioned process.

Safflower oil, corn germ oil
The fatty acid composition of safflower seed oil and corn germ oil is neat, and the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid is high (oleic acid accounts for about 13%~49%, linoleic acid is about 34%~76%), which is an oil with high nutritional value Products, can be processed into "nutritional oil" through refining.
