Whether it is a personal oil mill or an industrial oil press, getting more oil products means saving more costs and getting more profits. The oil yield itself is related to the quality design of the oil press. In addition, it is closely related to oil pressing technology and raw materials. Today we will discuss how oil pressing technology and raw materials can improve the oil yield?
When various raw materials are freshly harvested, they carry stems, leaves, shells, various impurities, etc., which will affect the oil yield. Then the pretreatment of raw materials is the key to improving the oil yield. There are mainly the following items:
1. Cleaning and washing. The oil entering the processing plant contains certain impurities (sand, gravel, iron filings, etc.). If it is not carefully cleaned, it will accelerate the wear of the internal parts of the multi-functional oil press, reduce the oil yield, and even cause failures and accidents. The supporting equipment includes: cleaning screen, stone remover, magnetic separator, etc.
2. Shelling. For shelled oil, the shell should be peeled before pressing, which can improve production capacity and oil yield. The supporting equipment includes: shelling machine, separation screen, separator, etc.
3. Steaming and frying. Steaming and frying is an important step to improve the oil yield. The commonly used method is to first wet the oil and then dry it in a frying pan to make the oil reach the moisture and temperature required by the process. The supporting equipment includes: steaming and frying pan.
4. Crushing. Some oils can be pressed as a whole, but after crushing and rolling, the oil yield can be significantly improved. The supporting equipment includes: crusher, rolling mill, etc.
Winter and spring are the peak seasons for oil pressing. The temperature in winter and spring is relatively low. Only by mastering certain skills in the operation and processing of the screw oil press can the oil pressing rate be improved:
1. The room temperature of the oil press room should be maintained at 15℃~20℃. Too high or too low temperature will affect the oil yield and oil quality.
2. The moisture content of the oil before pressing should be appropriate. The best moisture content is as follows: peanuts 8%~11%, soybeans 5%~8%, cottonseeds 4%~6%, rapeseeds 6%~8%.
3. After the machine runs normally, feed a small amount of oil evenly and slowly to heat the machine chamber, and observe whether the oil press has any abnormal noise or other problems.
The quality of pretreatment will directly affect the normal operation and oil output of the oil press. Mastering the oil pressing skills can also improve the oil output to a certain extent. I hope today's content can be helpful.
