Cashew Nut Pressing Machine

Cashew nuts are the fruits of perennial plants of the family Anacardiaceae and are one of the four largest dried fruits in the world. The fruits are kidney-shaped and native to tropical America. The main producing countries are Brazil, India, Mozambique, Tanzania, etc. Its nutritional content is as high as 47% fat, 21.2% protein, and 22.3% carbohydrates. It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2 and other vitamins and minerals, especially trace elements such as manganese, chromium, magnesium, and selenium. It has antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-tumor and anti-cardiovascular disease effects, and is of great benefit in protecting blood vessels and preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. Most of its fat components are unsaturated fatty acids, of which oleic acid accounts for 63.0% of the total fatty acids and linoleic acid accounts for 16.8%. Pressing steps:

1) After steaming and drying the cashew nut raw materials with shells in sequence, the shells are removed to obtain coated cashew nut kernels;

2) The coated cashew kernels obtained in step 1) are sequentially roasted, humidified and stripped to obtain stripped cashew kernels;

3) Squeeze the stripped cashew nut kernels obtained in step 2) to obtain cashew nut crude oil and cashew nut residue;

4) Filter and deoxygenate the crude cashew oil obtained in step 3) to obtain the cashew oil.

This method has the characteristics of maintaining the quality of cashew nut oil to a large extent, high oil yield, high nutrient retention rate, high product quality stability, simple process, and is conducive to industrial production, and has good market application prospects.
